Hello! I am so glad you are here! My name is Kim Moore, and at the start of the 2025-2026 school year, I am beginning my 23rd year of teaching! Wow! Time sure flies! I have taught grades first, second, and third, and have been a reading intervention teacher for the past several years. I absolutely love the littles and cannot remember a single day of my teaching career when they haven't brightened my day with hugs and lots of smiles. Kids truly make my heart happy! I believe all kids can learn, and the most important thing an educator should do is build positive relationships with their students. If kids know you care, they will work as hard as they can for you. 

I am married to former South Pemiscot Superintendent, Chris Moore. We are celebrating twenty-seven years of marriage this fall. We have been blessed with two precious children. Matthew is a college junior and attending Arkansas State University, and Mollie is a senior here at SP. She is involved in volleyball, cheer, and her favorite, softball. We love spending time together and going to all the sporting events!
