Hello, my name is Mrs. Linda Williams, and I am the Art teacher at Steele Elementary. I enjoy my students very much. My career as an Art teacher guarantees that I never have dull moments, and I get to smile and laugh with my students every day. I have served every student at South Pemiscot Elementary, which means I get to work with all elementary students each week. At times, it is an art-making whirlwind, but I love it! Furthermore, I have planned several creative art projects and activities for the year, which will heighten the student's education.
Years ago, I use to be a resident of Holland, Missouri, but now I reside in Blytheville, Arkansas. I am a graduate of Cooter High School in Cooter, Missouri. I am one of the alumni of Murray State University in Kentucky. I earned a bachelor's and a master's degree of Science in Art Education and have been teaching for 39 years. I have been married to a wonderful husband, Daryl, for 18 years who retired from Nucor Steel four years ago. I enjoy a great many things including spending lots of time with friends and family, biking, boating, fishing, and of course, creating my own art whenever I can!
Duty as Teacher

I pledge to teach my students skills and knowledge of becoming a well-rounded artist.
I pledge to deliver lectures to students on art, art techniques, art history, and aesthetics.
